About
The AI Culture Guy
Sagar Pandya helps leaders build the culture required for AI to actually get adopted.
Origin
How he got here
Twenty years in technology, fifteen of them in IT and cybersecurity. Sagar spent years on the front line of high-stakes work: breach response, ransomware calls at 2 a.m., translating technical risk into language that business owners could actually hold. AI entered through cybersecurity and then expanded into everything else.
In December 2023 he sold his company. Through 2024 he stayed on inside the acquiring company, leading AI consulting conversations across all levels of organizations. The same pattern showed up over and over: companies were spending on AI from FOMO without doing any of the human work first.
He started adding a roadblock before implementation. Leaders had to bring their people into the conversation before a tool got purchased. It worked. He also noticed something else: nobody at conferences was talking about culture. The room was crowded with tools and prompts and models. The white space was the human side, so he founded The AI Culture Company to fill it.
What he does
Inside leadership rooms
Facilitator. Translator. Strategist. Speaker. Connector. Sagar walks into leadership rooms and gets people talking honestly about AI: what they fear, what they want, what they need to figure out together.
When the work calls for it he brings in architects, developers, fractional AI leaders, and implementation partners. He is not the person writing every line of code or personally installing every tool. The work is organizational design, change management, leadership alignment, and the culture that makes AI actually get used.
