Launching 2026

The AI Culture Lab

A private leadership forum for executives building AI adoption inside real companies.

What it is

Past the hype. Into the work.

The AI Culture Lab is a facilitated peer group for senior leaders who are past the hype and doing the hard work of AI adoption. Monthly sessions. Real case studies. No vendors. No pitches.

Just leaders sharing what they are learning, what is failing, and what is finally starting to work.

Who it is for

Senior leaders making AI calls

CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CHROs, Chief Transformation Officers, Heads of L&D, PE operating partners, and innovation leaders. Companies between 50 and 5,000-plus employees navigating AI adoption. Leaders who want accountability and peer benchmarking, not another newsletter.

FAQ

Lab questions

How much does it cost?

Pricing will be finalized at launch. The Lab is a premium membership, structured as an annual commitment so members get the benefit of compounding peer accountability.

How many members are in each cohort?

Cohorts are capped to keep sessions intimate and discussions real. Expect a small enough room that every voice gets heard.

What is the time commitment?

Roughly two to three hours per month of live sessions, plus optional async exchanges in the member community.

Is this a course or a peer group?

It is a peer group. No curriculum to grind through. The agenda is shaped by what members are actually wrestling with that month.
